QES Prize 2025/26

Registration for the Queens' Entrepreneurship Society Prize Competition 2025/26 has opened! The deadline to register is 27th February 2026. Instructions about the competition can be found here. A full timeline for the competition can be found below.

Register your idea here!

This year, there are two £5,000 prizes available.

● Registration Opens: 15th January 2026

○ With the announcement of the competition, participants can register their business project ideas.

● Registration Deadline (1 page): 27th February 2026

○ Applicants should register their business idea for the prize competition with a one A4 page summary for shortlisting. These documents should be uploaded on service of choice and links posted into the registration form. The competition participants can choose also to send these to our email address qesinfo@queens.cam.ac.uk.

● Shortlisted Ideas Announcement: 6th March 2026

○ Applicants will receive the decision via email.

● Project proposal deadline (full proposal): 13th March 2026

○ Short listed applicants will be invited to submit a full project proposal: a business plan, maximum 2000 words, describing their ideas and a presentation slide deck (10 slides maximum). The competition participants can choose also to send these to our email address

qesinfo@queens.cam.ac.uk.

○ NOTE: You can edit and update your presentation after 13th March 2026. But, you must send us the new version up to 2 days before the pitch.

● Judging Panel Pitch Event: 20th March 2026

○ The purpose of the 10-minutes pitch is to clarify any issues that have arisen from assessment of the submissions, and to give Teams an opportunity to convince the judges that they have the resources to meet or surpass their objectives. There will be 10 minutes of Q&A after each Pitch.

● Winners will be announced after the event.
